Back in 1997 Nick Warren and Jody Wisternoff released 'The Gift'... Three
critically acclaimed albums 'Way out West', 'Intensify' and 'Don't Look Now'
have won them legions of fans across the globe. Now the masters of all that is
atmospheric, grand and dramatic are back with a new album, set to drop in 2009.
Spaceman is the first music from the act since 2004. It follows the boys classic
anthemic, main room sound, and is a stunning production. Heavy, nasty sub-bass,
wonderful percussion and beautiful piano break, make for a complete masterpiece.
Providing the remix is a producer that both Nick and Jody are excited to have
involved. Big fans and major supporters, the boys were ecstatic when Robert
Babicz agreed to lend his touch to the original. Its a beauty too. Relentless
yet extremely elegant, Babicz delivers a remix that will find support across the
whole spectrum of the DJ world.
The third track on the package, 'Domination' is a wonderful, if a little cheeky,
reworking for your enjoyment. Terracotta Army have taken elements from a couple
of Way Out West's finest moments and remixed them to perfection.
